Entrance Fee: $25 per couple (one adult per child, please) - You MUST fill out this form if you are paying cash at the door --- PLEASE DO NOT SEND $ INTO SCHOOL!

@ LAFAYETTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Pre-K 3 to 3rd grade students, bring your favorite person (mom, dad, guardian, aunt, uncle, grandparent, etc.) and dance the night away at our 1st annual BRING YOUR FAVORITE PERSON DANCE, hosted by the Bound Brook PTO!!!

We will have Dancing, a DJ, Photo Area, Food, Games, Crafts, and Prizes!!!

How Many Couples (1 child +1 Adult) are Attending

Just one adult per child, please - this event is for children who attend Lamont, Lamont Annex, and Lafayette, and their favorite person

1 Adult + 1 Child ($25)
2 Adult +2 Children ($50)
3 Adult + 3 Children ($75)
4 Adults + 4 Children ($100)
